IT'S OKAY

Over thinking.   Worrying.  Doubting.

We often forget that we all are imperfect human beings.

We didn’t need to try so hard to be perfect.
It’s okay.
It’s okay to cry.

It’s okay to fail.

It’s okay to tell.

It’s okay to rest.

It’s okay to lose.

It’s okay to be sad.

It’s okay to say no.

It’s okay to forgive.

It’s okay to give up.

It’s okay to disagree.

It’s okay to be afraid.

It’s okay to get angry.

It’s okay to walk away.

It’s okay to slow down.

It’s okay to waste time.

It’s okay to be yourself.

It’s okay to ask for help.

It’s okay to be different.

It’s okay to be imperfect.

It’s okay to not like things.

It’s okay to remain silence.

It’s okay to make mistakes.

It’s okay to dislike someone.

It’s okay to have a meltdown.

It’s okay to follow your heart.

It’s okay to be alone some time.

It’s okay to follow your dreams.

It’s okay to be selfish sometime.

It’s okay to start everything over.

It’s okay to want more than survival.

It’s okay to hide the hurt with a smile.

It’s okay to take it easy once in a while.

It’s okay if the only thing you did today was breathe.

It’s okay to be not okay.



Don’t forget that you are just human.



It’s alright and that’s enough



We all want everything to be okay. We don't even wish so much for fantastic or marvelous or outstanding. We will happily settle for okay because most of the time, okay is enough.
